ARENCO Rollergrader

Arenco has designed and developed graders for most species of marine life.
The company manufactures machines that can handle the following species.

All Arenco graders are manufactured using only high-quality materials for the food industry. Stainless steel, Anodized aluminium and Nylon.

Fish grader type L-ML is designed for sprats, herring and mackerel. The machine can be installed in a processing plant or on the quay side.

The fish are fed from the fish pump into a large hopper, from which they are metered to the pre-grading table. The fish are graded into 5-7 sizes. The graded fish are discharged through tubes or chutes, which completes the grading process. Total length of grading area 7000 mm (2x7000 mm).

Fish grader type L
Designed for mackerel, herring, sprats and capelin.

Fish grader type ST
Designed for cod, pollock, hake etc. The machine can be installed on deck, below deck or on land.
The grading table is equipped with adjustable rollers to suit different sizes of fish. Mor accurate adjustments can easily be made by moving the plates between the compartments.

All grading machines are available with roller grading tables or with standard profile grading tables.
